Happy Weekend!
What will you be doing this weekend? I realize it's winter (for much of the globe) but there are lots of fun things going on! For me, most importantly, it's the last weekend of the Niagara Ice Wine Festival! I adore ice wine, and Niagara creates some of the most delicious ice wine you've ever seen. They have gorgeous ice sculptures, a few bars made out of solid ice, ice wine infused marshmallows to roast, ice wine cupcakes, and much more!
